Brittany Buchannon is a passionate Holistic Mental Health Counselor and current PhD candidate in Counselor Education and Supervision. With over four years of clinical experience, she specializes in integrating evidence-based practices—including EMDR, CBT, and DBT—with holistic wellness interventions to promote mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Brittany is deeply committed to creating inclusive, trauma-informed spaces that support clients in reconnecting with their authentic selves, building emotional resilience, and pursuing meaningful healing. Her work is grounded in a humanistic, client-centered approach, with a strong emphasis on mindfulness, empowerment, and culturally responsive care.
